How is it possible to be out of breath after sitting down for an hour?
Alloooo yo-rah-nee hey-rah-nee!!!!
(Will not explain that joke. Just know that Sr Young got mixed up with how to say hello and our friends name thus leading to a very silly phone call.)
This week was pretty memorable because we started teaching a lot of people who have already progressed a ton. We found Norma, who in the week after we gave her a Book of Mormon read half of it and took notes, as well as Grace, who already reads general conference talks. Ismael finally started reading the Book of Mormon this week and also read half of it

We met with a member who doesn't realise that we are sisters and not elders. The entirety of the lesson was "Elder ma Elder ma."
We found an entire family that prefers Tahitian. It was a huge miracle because I have been praying for opportunities to speak Tahitian. One of the sisters in the family kindly corrected us on our Tahitian and would stop us when she didn't understand what we said. This gave us the confidence to keep going, knowing that our new friend Geanne would be there to help is grow and improve.
Did some street contacting while being followed by an ever growing crowd of children. Fun fun. I love the children here. Every time we drive down our street we hear, from probably 100 yards away, lots of yelling from the kids:
"SŒUR MA SOEUR MA!!!"
"LES SOEURS LES SOEURS I AM SORRY BUT I DIDN'T GO TO THE ACTIVITY! I'M SO SORRY!"
"SOEUR MA DO YOU HAVE ANY STICKERS? CAN I HAVE A STICKER?!?"
Je les aime, but my sticker supply is running short
We had stake conférence this week! Elder Nattress and Elder Rimer of the seventy came, and I also got to meet our new mission leaders, President and Sœur Sinjoux. Something Elder Nattress talked about was the need to make sure that people know that
1. We love them and
2. God loves them.
If everyone can know those two things, I think there would be more peace and joy in the world. He shared the importance of praying with and for others to show our love, as well as the need of expressing our love and appreciation. It was a very simply lesson but the Spirit was very strong. The truths are simple but POWERFUL.
Je vous aime! Ua here au ia outou! I love you all!
