Sister Mataele learns ice-cream cake melts in the fridge

 Iaoroana tout le monde!

The biggest thing that happened this week was we pushed a car!
We were driving to a McDonalds to get lunch. Suddenly a woman's car stopped in the intersection! We got out and despite having weak noodle-esque arms, us four sisters pushed the car to a gas station.
She was so cute and so grateful! Just that morning, I had studied in preach my gospel about how Christ "went about doing good." As missionaries, we try to go into ever contact as if it would turn into a teaching situation but I LOVE the idea of going into every single interaction as if it would turn into an opportunity to do good. To serve. To uplift. Being in the right place- literally right behind this lady- at the right time - just as her car died- taught us that God will place us in situations where we can do good!

On a sadder note, the missionaries around me have learned of the things I despise the most- being sung to and country music. Needless to say, there has been lots of singing to Sister Hatch about trucks and dogs and tumbleweeds and all that. My ears.

We have been teaching and finding a lot more people! We taught our friend Robert twice this week (that is 2 more times than in the last month and a half). You can tell that he is starting to recognize and see that these things will bless his life. However, he doesn't seem super willing to change so pray for Robert! We also taught a lesson to this man who has been a body guard for One Direction and Ariana Grande. Hopefully this will get us an in to the Hollywood world. Just kidding but our lesson was super awesome and he (Taige) is so nice!
Another finding-relating miracle that happened this week testified to me of the importance of God's timing. It was 6:57. We had a lesson at 7. That is not a lot of time. We had been walking around a neighborhood but nobody was out. We then found Sal! Who wants us to come back! Since we literally only had 3 minutes, we don't know much about him but he seems super cool! And we still made it to our lesson on time. Miracles man.
Another finding miracle is we knocked on this dude's door. We heard lots of barking and made the educated guess that there would be 2 or 3 dogs based on the variety of barking noises. There was not 1 not 2 but 5 dogs in that house. The dogs' heads were literally vertically piled on top of each other. There were so many. I love dogs! The guy is not interested but dogs!!!

I read the talk "All Nations, Kindreds, and Tongues" this week by Gerrit W. Gong. While the whole talk is absolutely incredible, I really loved this quote!
"As we discover God, sometimes unexpected answers to prayers take us from the street, bring us to community, chase darkness from our souls, and guide us to find spiritual refuge and belonging in the goodness of His covenants and abiding love.
Great things often begin small, but God’s miracles are manifest daily."

What miracles have you been able to see in your life recently? I loved loved loved this quote!

I would love to hear from you! Ua here au ia outou and je vous aime. You are all the greatest and have been part of the miracles in my life!
Lots of love! Nana!
